Mom was out and we were starving! I raided the refrigerator for something to eat and found this frozen Philly Beef Steak that Mark and his family gave Mom for her birthday. I decided to make it into Beef Teriyaki!
This is what the box looks like!
Instructions are at the back.
It says that you can cook it directly from the freezer!
It comes in two packs of fours. They look like steak when frozen. I'm guessing, one steak per person? :D
I just put three in the pan.
Cook it for 3 minutes per side.
You can see that the strips are starting to loosen out.
After a few more minutes, it will look like this.
I added some Yellow Onions to give it some sweetness.
I also put in Soy Sauce and some Sugar. Let it reduce so the Beef absorbs that liquid. You really have to enhance the flavor of the Beef because it will taste like Boiled Beef if you don't!
And voila! Beef Teriyaki! My sister said it was better than Yoshinoya's. Teehee...
