After our JB Trip, we went to Orchard because we went down from the bus at Kovan Station. My aunt's friend wanted to eat at Din Tai Fung for the Xiao Long Bao so I brought them to Paragon.
Vegetarian Delight @ S$2.80. My favorite! They have a vinegar dressing for it that really makes it so delicious!
Spinach with Garlic. This is very good but not that different from how others prepare it.
Hot and Sour Soup. The soup is neither hot nor sour but very tasty. Adding a bit of Black Vinegar makes a lot of difference.
The legendary Xiao Long Bao! I have yet to discover a Xiao Long Bao that can beat Din Tai Fung's! The trick to eating this is to put some of the sliced Ginger in your soup spoon, put the dumpling on top then add Black Vinegar on top. :)
Pork Chop with Fried Rice. The Pork Chop is really tender. It goes well with Black Vinegar too!
Beef Noodle Soup. We first discovered this on Ayn's birthday. We were surprised at how delicious the broth was! It tasted like real beef! Not like those store bought ones. Hehe. Very good!
Crispy Fried Shrimp Wonton. I really love their shrimp here! It's very fresh and sweet. I believe Mayo is the best condiment for this.
Cute billboard on the way out!
Din Tai Fung is really a place worth visiting! Don't leave Singapore without eating there!
